Graduated in Art & Design at Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, I have always been influenced by classical art and mythology since a very young age.
I’ve always been very eclectic. In my professional life I have done so many things, from being a performer for Italian avant-garde theatre companies like Animanera (Milano) and Ricci-Forte (Roma), to being a professional yoga teacher, and previously been a tattoo artist and body piercer. The body and its anatomy have always fascinated my curiosity, as well as biology at the point that I stared another course of study in Natural Sciences.
But for most of my life I have been working in the fashion industry, as pattern maker for maisons such as Moncler, Alexander McQueen, JordanLuca and Anteprima. My 17-year journey through the fashion system gave me the opportunity to explore the world of luxury, where everything must be meticulously done in the best way possible, pushing the limits of creativity and innovation.
Recently, I decided to use this knowledge and change the direction of my career, by entering the perfume world. I started working with Release, a perfume distribution company in Italy, and pursued my passion with perfumery studies at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery. After this, I studied at the Italian Perfumery Institute in Milan. Later, to perfect my studies, I have been trained by perfumer Miguel Matos.
Having collected these teachings, I had the privilege of meeting perfumer Chris Maurice who believed in me and made me collaborate with his laboratory C de La Niche. Finally, I reached the point where I can call myself a perfumer.
